What's new

Approximately 40% lighter weight for all models thanks to a new chassis design and streamlined (removable) heat sink. Minimal heat dissipation requirements are applied.
Significant improvement in measurement accuracy and processor speed allows for more complex calculations and logic.
Direct hardware support for several popular charging protocols, including hardware support for SAE J1772 (direct interaction with pilot/contactless lines) and CHAdeMO for fast DC charging.
Wider input voltage range (now compatible with 12V-24V DC) to better support heavy vehicles and equipment. The Orion 2 BMS remains fully compatible with 12V applications.
