Victron Energy MultiPlus-II 24/3000/70-32 230V

MultiPlus-II combines the functions of MultiPlus and MultiGrid

It has all the functions of MultiPlus plus the option of an external current transformer to implement PowerControl and PowerAssist and to optimize self-consumption with an external current sensor (max. 32A). MultiPlus-II also has all the functions of MultiGrid with integrated islanding protection and a growing list of approvals for use in different countries.

PowerAssist

The MultiPlus-II prevents overloading of a limited AC source such as a generator or shore power connection. First, the battery charge will be automatically reduced if an overload would otherwise occur. The second level will increase the power of the generator or shore power supply with the energy taken from the battery.

ESS: Energy storage systems

The MultiPlus-II is a key component of Victron's ESS system, providing flexibility in combination with MPPT solar chargers or grid-tied PV inverters. Examples and more information can be found in the ESS (Energy Storage System) manual.

Uninterrupted AC power supply (UPS function)

In the event of a power outage, shore power or generator power failure, the inverter in the Multi automatically activates and takes over the power supply of the connected loads. This happens so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment continue to operate without interruption.

Remote monitoring and control

In combination with the GX device, you can monitor and control your Multi and system or systems locally (LAN) or remotely via the Internet from anywhere in the world using the free VRM app and the free VRM portal website. Access can be from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC for multiple operating systems. The level of control is limitless: from setting up your Multi to automatically starting the backup generator and more.
