The MultiPlus-II 48/5000 GX is an inverter/charger with an integrated device network that interfaces with a solar charger, batteries, and other devices to operate a grid-tied, stand-alone, or remote power plant. The MultiPlus-II GX can be operated in parallel to increase power output or battery charging speed, and can be configured for three-phase power. The unit has many advanced features such as uninterruptible power supply, load limit setting and supplementing limited grid power availability with battery power, which can be controlled directly from your phone or smart device. Remote monitoring is also available.

The MultiPlus-II combines the MultiPlus-II inverter/charger and the GX with a 2 x 16 character LCD display.

Display and Wi-Fi

The display shows the parameters of the battery, inverter and solar charge controller. You can access the same parameters using your smartphone or other Wi-Fi enabled device.

GX device

The GX integrated device includes:

• BMS-Can interface. It can be used to connect to a compatible battery with CAN bus control. Please note that this port is not compatible with VE.Can.
• USB port.
• Ethernet port.
• VE.Direct.

Application.

The MultiPlus-II 48/5000 GX is designed for applications that require additional interaction with other products and/or remote monitoring, such as grid-tied or stand-alone energy storage systems and some mobile applications.

Parallel and three-phase operation

Only one GX unit is required for parallel and three-phase operation.

In conjunction with Cerbo GX, you can monitor and control your MultiPlus-II 48/5000 GX and system or systems locally (LAN) or remotely via the Internet from anywhere in the world using the free VRM app and the free VRM portal website. Access can be gained from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC with different operating systems. The level of control is limitless: from setting up your Multi to automatically starting the backup generator, etc...

If you want direct access, use a separate GX Touch, MFD, or the VictronConnect app with additional Bluetooth capabilities.
