HyPer 9HV IS* ™** (Integrated System) is the ideal powertrain for everyday driving in light and medium-duty vehicles. It combines several systems for heavy-duty and racing vehicles. Its synchronous permanent magnet(SRIPM) platform delivers unmatched torque and efficiency, generating more power per pound of weight than any other engine in its class. The HyPer 9HV IS™ includes the HyPer 9™ 144V brushless motor, HyPer-Drive X144™ controller/inverter, low voltage wiring harness and main contactor. This system has many unique features that set it apart from any other electric vehicle solution on the market.

The drive end (DE) shaft has a diameter of 1.125" with a 1/4" key.
